COMPLETE RULES

To better serve you, valuing your well-being and safety and, at the same time, the conservation of the Apenunga Eco Hotel's facilities, we kindly ask you to observe our internal regulations and the Hotel's policies:

GENERAL RULES

• Access to hotel facilities (apartments and swimming pool) is only permitted for guests registered at reception at check-in. Guests and visitors must be received in areas open to the public, such as the restaurant and bar located at beach level.

• It is not permitted to register new occupants other than the names provided when booking the apartment, after check-in.

• In accordance with the Tourism Law (Law No. 11,771/2008 and Decree No. 7,381/10), it is mandatory at Check-in to fill out the FNRH (National Guest Registration Form) as well as present a valid original document with photo. If there are Children and/or Adolescents, a valid original document of the Child and another document proving the authority of the adult accompanying the Child must be presented;

• Check-in from 2pm.

• Check-out until 12pm. Departures after this time, except for exceptions previously granted by reception, will incur a half-night rate penalty during the first half-hour and a full-night rate penalty after 30 minutes. This charge does not guarantee the availability of the apartment for overnight stays. If you wish to extend your stay, please check availability with reception before the end of your original reservation.

• The credit card used to pay for accommodation and consumption must be owned by the guest.

• Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am at the ClubVentos restaurant located on the beach level.

• Cleaning of the suites is carried out between 9am and 4pm, if you wish the suite to be cleaned, please sign it with a sign and if the apartment is not vacated within this time period, it will not be cleaned;

• To provide all our Guests with a great stay, we ask for maximum silence, and the right to rest of other guests must be strictly respected. The use of sound devices is not permitted on the hotel premises. We also kindly ask that conversations be carried out in a gentle tone throughout the hotel, including inside the apartments and corridors, at any time;

• Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel accommodations (Law No. 9,294/96) and failure to comply with this rule authorizes the Hotel to charge a cleaning and deodorization fee corresponding to half-night rate;

• We do not accept pets of any kind;

• Apenunga Eco Hotel cannot certify or check whether or not valuable items have been placed in the room, so we cannot be responsible for valuables left randomly in the accommodations and, therefore, documents and valuables of any kind must ALWAYS be stored in the safe provided free of charge in the apartment;

• We inform you that, for security reasons, the common areas of Apenunga Eco Hotel are monitored by cameras. By staying, you accept that your image will be captured. Archived images are accessed for internal use only and will only be made available to third parties upon request from the competent authority.

• Canceling your stay after CHECK-IN follows the same cancellation policy as your reservation and only applies to unused nights. Depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking, you may or may not be entitled to a refund;

• In case of loss of the apartment's access card (key), the reception must be informed immediately so that the lost card can be canceled. You are responsible for the key/card and any consequences of improper access to the apartment caused by unreported loss of the key;

• Aiming to reduce our carbon footprint and avoid wasting electrical energy, our apartments are equipped with energy-saving devices activated by key/card. We ask that you remove the key from the saver when leaving the room, to contribute to these goals. Our air conditioning system is capable of quickly reaching the desired temperature, without needing to be left turned on in your absence.

• We also ask, for the air conditioning to work properly, that you keep the door and window closed.

• The objects, furniture, linen and utensils owned by the Hotel are entrusted to guests to provide them with comfort and well-being; any destruction, missing items or damage (makeup stains, tanning lotion, hair dye, blood, among other stains or tears/holes in our bed linen), will be charged according to the value table below (on departure there will be a room check):

• The voltage in the apartment sockets is 220 volts, we suggest checking your equipment before plugging them in the outlets;

• If you are going to use an iron or any other electronic device inside the suite, please take due care to avoid accidents;

• Minors must not circulate in common areas unaccompanied by their guardian.

GUEST DUTIES

• Maintain conduct consistent with the socio-family environment of the Hotel;
• Respect the opening hours and rules of the services offered;
• Bring to the attention of management any irregularities occurring on the Hotel's premises, so that appropriate measures can be taken;
• Compensate for any losses or damages caused to the Hotel;
• Respect and fully obey the provisions regulated here;

• The Hotel reserves the right to request the vacancy of suites when there is a violation of this regulation or the practice of illegal, nuisance or offensive activities.

• According to Articles 82 and 250 of the Child and Adolescent Statute, “accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age in a hotel, motel or similar establishment is prohibited, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian”, with documentary proof of kinship or condition, or even, if accompanied by an adult, with written authorization and notarized signature from the father, mother or legal guardian.

• The Legal Responsible Person is responsible for controlling children's behavior so that they respect these regulations, especially in terms of not disturbing other guests and not putting themselves in a dangerous situation.

• The belongings of guests lost or forgotten at the Hotel and found by our team will be kept for a maximum period of 01 (one) month, with the Hotel being free to dispose of it as it sees fit after this period.

EXCHANGE OF CLOTHES

• Bed and bath linen will be changed every 2 (two) days.
• It will not be allowed to take towels from the accommodation to the pool, we provide towels directly on site.

Save our planet” – “Dear guest: Every day, tons of detergent and millions of liters of water are consumed to wash towels that have only been used once. It's your decision." Avoid waste!

USE OF THE POOL

• Use of the swimming pool is private and for the exclusive use of guests at Apenunga Eco Hotel and its use will comply with these Internal Regulations, with its use by third parties not staying on the premises of this establishment being prohibited;

• The depth of the swimming pools (main and private) is 1.15m. This factor should be considered by those responsible for children and people of short stature or who cannot swim. We provide life jackets for those interested. For safety reasons, we do not accept guests under 1.30m tall in apartments with private pools;

• Our main pool is for socializing and swimming purposes, with priority given to socializing. People interested in swimming should choose times when there is little movement and be careful to avoid collisions with other customers;

• It is not permitted to jump into the pool, nor use boards or toys that, due to their characteristics, may disturb other customers. Games with balls, shuttlecocks, etc. are also not permitted;

• The pool will be open every day, from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, except for any restrictions due to special maintenance needs, which will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.

The customer, when making payment and confirming a reservation at Apenunga Eco Hotel, accepts and agrees with the content of our internal policy.

The solution of omitted cases in these Regulations will be the responsibility of the Hotel Management.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE RULES.

Every set of rules is created to allow harmonious coexistence between a group of people.

Each highway, each condominium, each establishment, each residence has its rules, which must be respected so that harmonious coexistence can happen.

For example: if you have small children, you will be happy to know that our hotel welcomes children... however, if you don't like having children around during your vacation, you have the opportunity to book another hotel.

Our rules were created based on the service proposal we decided to offer to our customers. Different establishments have different rules. There are no exceptions to our rules. If you choose to stay here, you need to respect them.
